Home sales in Canada slid across the board in April, but prices rose, new data from the Canadian Real Estate Association said Tuesday.
Seasonally adjusted national home sales activity dropped 4.4% in April compared with March, while non-seasonally adjusted activity dropped 14.7% compared with last year.
